I give thanks for our military life - I've already covered the job security but we also have so many great benefits. I know they say that you don't join the military to get rich but we do have a lot of free or low cost benefits that really add up - medical care, dental, life insurance, legal and financial assistance, child care, self-help courses, recreation centers, commissary and exchange shopping, not to mention the camaraderie and support of other military spouses and families.
