Prime Purchases - April 2021

It's the first Tuesday of the month and that means Prime Purchases hosted by Tanya over at The Other Side of the Road.

I bought a couple of large items for Vic for Christmas but didn't think about getting bags big enough to hold them.  Of course, by the time I thought about it, it was March and where does one find Christmas wrapping then?  Amazon, of course!  This set of three giant fabric bags can be used over and over again.

I don't know what made me start thinking about the colors in my wardrobe but I remembered this book - from the 80s - and ordered a copy.
Signed up for Subscribe & Save auto-delivery for the K-cups I take to the office.

My sister and brother-in-law are celebrating their 20th anniversary this year.  They've recently converted their dining room into a pub and since the color for the 20th anniversary is emerald, what's more emerald than something Guinness from the Emerald Isle?  We don't normally exchange gifts but I thought they'd enjoy this bar towel and coasters set.

I have seen so many cute tiered tray layouts with these ceramic marshmallow cups and I even found an Etsy shop that makes whipped cream toppers.  I ordered a set of the toppers and can't wait to see how they look.

Vic asked for a map for his new locale.

And finally, I see more and more cooking videos where the cooks are stirring up something with chopsticks.  This reusable set will come in very handy.

  1. Great finds this month! I remember the Color Me Beautiful era. Remember when there would consultants who would hold up various colored pieces of cloth to your face to find out what colors were good for you? Thanks for linking up with Prime Purchases! Tanya - The Other Side of the Road

  2. I remember when I took Home Economics in junior high, as part of the, we had to stand up and hold fabric swatches near our face and let the class determine which colors we looked best in. :)

    The marshmallow cups are adorable!

  3. Those little cups are adorable. I created a hot cocoa bar a year ago when all the family was together before COVID. Would love to have these darling ups for my bar.
