Along with that delicious Christmas cake that you all no doubt have sitting in the pantry waiting for it's brandy soaking, here is Nigella's Ultimate Christmas Pudding. There's something about Christmas that calls out for one of Nigella's recipes and this must be the most over the top. Note: There is a comment that butter was substituted for the suet if you can't find suet.
