What I am sewing, crocheting, knitting or creating:::
December Daily

Looking around the house:::
Laundry, sticking to the daily housekeeping plan.

From the camera:::

The Colonial Tea was a huge disappointment but the historic area of Smithfield was a great place for a photo op

Something fun (or intriguing) to share:::

I had to pick up this giant box of Jaffa Cakes at the British Food Shop for my in-house Elf & Safety Specialist!

What I'm wearing today:::
I'm still in my fleece robe - sore throat and runny nose so I'm going to pass on the spouses' outing today and stay home.  At some point, I will get out of my robe!

  1. Hi, Pamela! Your menus look great! I'm sorry that the Colonial Tea turned out to be a disappointment, but the building behind you guys looks beautiful! I love old buildings and architecture! "In-house Elf & Safety Specialist!" LOL! I love it! Sorry you're not feeling well. That's where I was all week last week. Didn't dress from the time I got home Saturday night until I had to on Thursday morning...and that is NOT like me at all. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Feel better soon! <3

  2. You have a lot on your plate! Hope you feel better soon. Enjoy your week!

  3. I love your emphasis on Christmas... I am slow this year to get with it... but I must say when I saw your HHM icon, I remembered I used to sue it and nabbed it from you!!! I love that one!!!So many folks have been sick.. I saw on Facebook that many national chains were recalling veggies from this past month... due to a bad bacteria... Hope you werent affected by that!

  4. So sorry you are not feeling well. Just heard on our news that the flu shot is not stopping the worst of the strains this year. :(

    I'm still in a short-sleeved t-shirt and sandals, but cold weather is supposed to arrive tomorrow. Not a day too soon, if you ask me!

  5. Sorry you aren't feeling well. 'Tis the season for it, huh? Wonderful pictures. Hope you feel better very soon and have a great week ahead.

  6. I was... yes, yes, yes! to the 70's! The temps are dropping here and I don't like it! Have a great week!
