Another significant Civil War battle, another National Service site, this one the Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania National Military Park. I'm in a bit of a rush today so I hope you'll explore the links. "Stonewall" Jackson makes a significant appearance here, although it will be his last.
I've never been to Virginia, but I would love to visit and experience the beauty and history firsthand!
