The day Vic was commissioned as a Medical Service Corps officer in the Navy
When I posted this official portrait from his Officer Development School graduation on my Facebook page, there was such an outpouring of congratulations and wonderful comments from family and friends that I cried over every one of them. I still can't read them without choking up. My heart was bursting with pride.
