It looks relatively easy and could be modified in so many ways - that's patterned paper (with the red and green circles), an embossed piece of paper (the white ridged piece), two items which could be stamped as the cocoa cups are in the sample or you could use two die-cut stickers or other similar items that are available at craft stores, and a sentiment (Happy Holidays) stamp.

Kids would have a blast making this.
