It was a short work week last week, just three days. Sophia came home from school and Vic and I were both off Thursday and Friday. The three of us went to the ship on Thursday to serve Thanksgiving dinner to those who had duty - many of the sailors' family members came to the ship to have Thanksgiving dinner there so it was a full house. We did our bit to stimulate the economy on Black Friday although we went out at a more civilized hour and paused between our rounds of shopping to enjoy a leisurely family breakfast. We put up our tree and did a little decorating, went to see the new James Bond move SPECTRE, and just relaxed at home in front of the fire, enjoying our time together. It was lovely.
