The first two desserts don´t hold much allure to me but that yule log is a different story! I have wondered how one was made (but had never bothered to look at a recipe). Interesting (though not surprising) that it takes a special pan for the cake since you roll it up. I would like to make one someday; will have to decide if I want another pan purchase (I have so many!). Thanks for these links :).
Ahh! Those desserts sum up Christmas. I LOVE Christmas cake and for the last few years have been making my own. My family love a Yule log but I've never tried making my own, we just get a shop bought one.
